For individuals who want greater independence with consistent support, we offer supported living apartments within the community.

These environments provide a balance of independence and reassurance, allowing individuals to have their own space while benefiting from reliable, on-site support.

24-Hour Support Packages.
We specialise in delivering high-level, round-the-clock care, including:

  • 1:1 support – consistent, person-centred care
  • 2:1 support – enhanced support for safety, engagement and structure
  • 3:1 support – intensive support for complex needs and risk management.

     

Support is delivered 24 hours a day, including waking night staff, with carefully matched teams to promote consistency and trust.

Our service is built around safe, consistent, and person-centred support. Led by Debbie, our training programme ensures staff are fully prepared to meet diverse needs, including complex and high-risk presentations, supported by completion of the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training at both Tier 1 and Tier 2.

Accredited Training Centre

We are an accredited training centre, ensuring all training is delivered to recognised national standards and independently quality assured. This provides confidence that our staff receive consistent, high-quality learning that directly supports safe and effective care.

Core Training Includes:

  • Moving and handling
  • Infection prevention and control
  • First aid
  • Mental Capacity Act and best interest decision-making.

Specialist Training Includes:
