I am an experienced professional having worked in the health and social care sector for over 25 years. I started my career as a carer and climbed through the ranks and soon became Management. My passion for equipping colleagues to provide outstanding care lead me to be come a Trainer. I believe I have earned the reputation of having a friendly yet professional ‘hands on approach’ to learning. This ensures that the training sessions I deliver are not only informative but are fun and a pleasant experience for all concerned.

My Focus
My focus is to deliver enjoyable training sessions which can be adapted to fit different environments and abilities, Ideally within a relaxed setting to encourage participation.
My extensive experience is a key factor when delivering training, which is designed to contribute and support organisations. The aim being to ensure staff receive the relevant training which is also realistic and informative.
Health and Social Care Training
Our Training in based on the existing induction standards with the Care certificate incorporated. This Training is class based with PowerPoints, written work, practical and a trainer in person, this kind of training covers all different styles of learning that trainees have.
